This page explains what ericalvarez.net collects when you visit the site, send an application or book a call, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• The answers you choose to send in the application form, including your name, goals, investment range, and phone number, WhatsApp or email. Nothing is sent until you press send.
• If you book a call: your name, email, phone number and the time you pick.
• Basic usage information: pages viewed, how much of the video was watched, how far you scrolled, which buttons you clicked, and the site or link that sent you here.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

• To review your application, set up your call and contact you about working together.
• To understand which parts of the page are working and improve them.
• To keep the site secure.

How we contact you

By sending an application or booking a call, you agree that Eric or his team may contact you about it by email, phone, text or WhatsApp. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text, or email us, and we will stop. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not agreed to them.

Who sees it

Your application is available through a restricted dashboard to Eric Alvarez and authorized team members who help schedule calls. Our hosting, security, calendar and video call providers process information only to run the site and your call. Notification messages announce new submissions without including your contact details or answers. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights by law, and you can also object to how we use your information. We rely on your request to work with us and on our interest in running and improving the site. Your information is stored in the United States. Email [email protected] and we will handle it.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers. The site stores a random ID in your browser so repeat visits are not counted twice. It also keeps your unsent form answers and where you stopped in the video on your own device, so a refresh does not lose them. You can clear all of this by clearing your browser data.

Age

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
