These terms cover your use of ericalvarez.co and any mentorship purchased through it.

Applying

Sending an application does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed personally and a limited number of seats are offered at any time.

What is included

Accepted clients receive one-on-one mentorship with Eric Alvarez, access to the video software, the niche and channel systems, and support for the agreed term. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before payment.

The 90 day guarantee

If your channel is not monetized within 90 days of starting, you receive a full refund. The guarantee assumes you follow the process, publish on the agreed schedule, and stay in contact. Refund requests are made by email and handled within 14 days.

No income promise

Results shown on this site are real results from real channels, including my own and my clients'. They are examples, not a promise. What you earn depends on your niche, your consistency, and the platform, none of which are guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• Follow YouTube's own rules and terms at all times.
• Keep the material and software access to yourself; it is licensed to you, not transferable.
• Give accurate information in your application and during the programme.

Payment

Fees are agreed in writing before the programme starts and are payable in full or on an agreed plan. Access may pause if a payment plan falls behind.

Ending the programme

Either side may end the arrangement with written notice. Abusive behaviour or sharing paid material ends access immediately without a refund.
